How I spend my days off by Aki.

My day offs start with a 30 minute meditation to get my brain organized for the week.
I have been meditating for about two years now, and it is a great mental workout and calms my wandering and unorganized mind.
Then, go to the golf driving range and hit about 100 balls or take the course.
It's a physical walk of about 5 miles, which is good for your health, and the view of the greenery refreshes your mind. And golf is also said to be a mental sport, like I spend only about 1% of playing time hitting balls, with 99% of time walking around and thinking in my head. Thinking about what I did wrong on the previous shot and how to attack the next shot. It is said that in golf, things do not always go as expected, and that thinking, deciding, and acting in the shortest possible time to regret a missed shot, reflect on it, and then switch to the next shot with the least amount of risk can also be linked to management. This is why golf is considered a favorite sport of many business owners, managers and executives of large companies.
When not playing golf, I go out on the town and visit brand stores to feel the latest fashions. I also enjoy people-watching, as there are many hints for new hairstyles hidden among the people walking on the streets.
I also reward my tired body by going for a massage once a month.
My day off routine is to refresh my brain, move my body, work off my fatigue, and output. I do this by stopping by a flower shop, buying some flowers, and arranging them in a floral arrangement. When I arrange flowers, I face my inner mind and give it form and output.
When I am in a good state of mind, I can do a good job and make more customers happy. I can see this clearly when I look at my own floral arrangements.
There are many ways to spend a day off, but I seem to use it to sort out my state of mind rather than to take a rest.
