Sara’s Something I Recently Started

                                                I recently started taking walks on my days off and doing some light stretching. I usually walk around my neighborhood and make sure to take notice of the slight seasonal changes in the scenery so that I don’t get bored on my route. I do my stretches before bed and it consists of raising my arms and shoulder rotations, paying particular attention to ridding my shoulders of fatigue. Then I move on to stretching my calves by moving my toes and then going to bed. I hope to continue doing this for my health.
