Breathe in—breathe out. My mind has been pondering how much hardship we went through this year, and yet I am beyond thankful as I look back and look forward to 2020.

I cannot thank all our loyal customers who waited patiently for us to reopen the salon during the lockdown. We even had some customers visiting all the way from Saratoga to the Dublin location! I believe that we all encounter each other for a reason, and nothing happens by chance. It was so wonderful to see so many familiar faces when we reopened the salons.

2020 has taught me we must not take anything for granted.
