It is almost the end of the year; this year was a challenging year for all of us. I would like to take this time to look back at this year and what I was able to accomplish.

My 2020 new year resolution was “educate.” Since this year was my memorable 20th year as a hair stylist, I aimed to educate our fellow staffs based on my experience and knowledge.

Each stylist has infinite possibilities. It is often difficult to educate people as everyone has different thoughts and feelings, but by teaching someone, I also have the opportunity to grow. Maximizing the staff’s knowledge improves self-confidence for both of us.

Every experience is precious; this year’s crazy experience will also help us continue to strive for our client’s smile and happiness.

I truly appreciate each one of you who came to our salon despite the pandemic this year. We will continue our best so each client can safely visit our salon next year.
