Umbrella color is the opposite of the popular inner color. Bright color is applied to the surface of the hair using bleach. The inside of the hair, except for the surface, is left undyed or darker color to create an umbrella-like finish.

The brighter the color, the cooler the impression.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
