When shampooing, I try not to scrub. I wash and wipe softly. I try not to scrub my clients as much as possible when washing and wiping. This is because it damages the scalp and cuticles.

The shampoo is of course "CRES Natur'elle du Luxe Gemme Hydration". It will keep your dyed hair beautiful for a long time without fading.

After softly towel drying the scalp, "CRES Natur'elle du Luxe Senon Scalp Lotion" is first applied to the scalp, as a healthy scalp is healthy hair.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
