Eriko’s new challenge for 2022

"Exercise and diet" has been my annual goal unchanged for probably more than 10 years, and it will continue this year. There is another challenge that goes completely against that goal.
During the pandemic, cooking properly became a habit, and I still enjoy cooking on weekends and whenever I have time. At the same time, I have been secretly challenging myself to make sweets.
My sister in Japan has been working as a confectionery chef at a famous hotel in Osaka for many years, and since her training, I have always been a taste tester, so I have a very discerning palate when it comes to confectionery. (I've also gained weight. lol)
This year, I would like to try many different sweets to increase my repertoire.
