Today I'd like to introduce the hand cream I use. When I was in Japan, I had very rough hands, and every time I shampooed my hair or using hair dryer, I used to apply hand cream.
However, it didn't make my hands any better. Still, it was effective, so I kept using the hand cream prescribed by the doctor.

Since I couldn't go back to Japan, I decided to use something from the U.S. I tried many products, and Aquaphor Healing Ointment was the most effective and I still use it every day. It contains 41% Vaseline to repair dry and cracked skin, and glycerin to nourish and protect the skin. It is also gentle enough for abrasions and children, so anyone in the family can use it.
It is readily available at CVS and other drugstores, so give it a try.
