When I welcomed 2020, my initial new year’s resolution focused on staying positive and becoming an inspiration to the people around me by setting an example. Well, little did I know that we were on a year-long roller coaster ride! So many unexpected things happened, and we all faced challenges in different ways.

To be honest, not only did I forget that I made a New Year's resolution to stay positive, but I started to lose daily motivation until one morning, a famous quote came to mind, “What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.”

2020 may not be the year we all expected or wanted, but I believe the bonds between countries are strengthened, and we have become a stronger Nation as the result of this pandemic. On a personal level, I feel physically and spiritually ready to serve and inspire my customers and all the people around me in the way I intended to at the beginning of the year. Let’s keep our eyes on the bright light that awaits us at the end of the tunnel.
