Holiday Greetings from YUMI

Greetings

To everyone who continues to visit VIANGE HAIR, “Thank you,” from the bottom of my heart. We only have a few short days left in the year. 

On a personal note, I have been away on maternity since September of last year and a year has already gone by. I realize my long absence may have caused inconveniences for some of you. I am blessed that my son has turned one and is growing so much every day. I have not set a date for my return but I hope to do so sometime next year. 

I hope to do my best to bring lots of smiles to many of you when I return. I look forward to the day we see each other again.

Yumi has had 5 years of experience in Japan and 8 years in the U.S. working with hair, more specifically short and medium length hair. Yumi caters to the customer and does her best to solve their hair concerns by learning every aspect about their hair. From what the customers hair type is, how the customer frequently takes care of their hair, and from there suggests a simple method on how to manage their hair without having to constantly see a hair stylist.

Not only does Yumi offer hair tips for her customers she also offers bridal make up, hair extensions, and also eyelash extensions.

You can access our online booking application by selecting the location and logging in below, or creating a new account by pressing the "New Guest" button. Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information with anyone and will only contact you in regards to our services. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
