A casual sunburn on the hands can lead to spots and wrinkles. While the back of our hands are often seen by others, we don’t normally apply makeup to them like our faces. This can create an impression of “beautiful face, but unfortunate hands.” But it’s not too late to start and take thorough measures to protect our hands from UV damage. It’s said that sunscreen takes 15 minutes to absorb into the skin and take full effect. To ensure that you are properly protected, apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going outside instead of right before.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
