Working out at home. I’ve been training at home for over two years now, which I started with the initial goal of bulking up. Lately, I’ve incorporated using tennis balls for massaging out any stiffness. They really help with muscle pains or whenever I feel unwell. It gets stagnant blood flowing and it helps me to wake up feeling very refreshed in the morning. I am currently contemplating what piece of equipment to purchase next.
