An encounter with a customer.

I had a miraculous encounter with a childhood friend of the president of my former salon, whom I had taken care of when I was working in Tokyo. The president is from a small island that not many Japanese know about.

The client, who lives in Texas, somehow chose to come to VIANGE PLANO. I was surprised when I heard where she was from. Since it is a small island, of course she knew the president, and she used to play with him since she was little.
Unfortunately, the president got cancer and passed away. The customer also attended his funeral.

Remembering the past, I cried for the first time while cutting the client's hair.
We would have never met even if we were in Japan, but the fact that we were connected in such a big way in Texas is an encounter I will never forget.
The customer still comes back for a haircut every time!
