The reason I became a nailist is because when I was little, someone told me, "You have beautiful hands.” This is where it all started. I wanted to make hands and nails beautiful! When you have beautiful hands people give you compliments, and when people give you compliments it makes you feel happy. From there I was hooked on nails and here we are today. The one thing I am particular about is how I take care of my hands. Non-negotiables are: maintaining neatly trimmed nails at a good length, and diligently applying handcreams and cuticle oils. I never touch dishwashing detergents. Gloves are a must! Gloves for wiping things down, and gloves for cleaning. There are times when I think I may be a bit OCD, but as long as I am a nailist I will stick to it.
