Hello! I would like to share my hobby with you.
That is to discover and try new restaurants on my days off. It was more of a challenge during this pandemic, but I was still able to make some great discoveries with take-out and delivery options. As much as I enjoy prepared foods, I also like to find ingredients to create delights myself. I’m always on the lookout a great butcher, or fresh seafood market since I enjoy cooking very much. There’s nothing like the joy of discovering a new place while simply out and about without any plans. I find it exhilarating to explore different ingredients and challenge myself to make different dishes.
