Sara’s recommendations for winter dryness

My solution to dryness in winter is to drink water frequently. Not only during the dry winter season, but I also drink room temperature water to moisten my throat because a dry throat makes it easier to catch a cold. The reason why I drink water at room temperature is to avoid putting any burden on my internal organs. Room temperature is recommended in order to prevent the internal organs from deteriorating. Also, for the sake of our skin, we not only apply lotion and milky lotion from the outside, but we also hydrate our body from the inside in order to keep our skin fresh and dry.
I heard that an adult's body is made up of 60% water, while a newborn's is 80%. I want to keep hydrating my body to get as close to the fresh skin of a newborn as possible.
