1. Welcome customers with a smile
   No matter how busy I am, calmly welcome customers without feeling impatient.
2. Look into the eyes and nod when the customer is talking.
   I try to not only look at the hair during counseling, but also look into the eyes and nod when the customer is talking.
3. Clean your hair and clean your posture during the work process.
   I'm always conscious of the fact that I'm being watched, and I'm always aware of my manners.
4. I am constantly updating my drawer of hairstyle ideas.
   I constantly check trends and hairstyles to suit any style and any face shape.
5. Suggesting a hairstyle plan that’s not only suitable for the current trend style but also for future.
   Sharing with the customers what they want to be in the future, not just looking at the present.
6. Creating a comfortable space is essential.
   Although the situation may vary depending on the customer, I do my best to create a space where the customer can feel comfortable during the treatment.
7. For the repeat customers, make sure to check the impression of the previous style and improve it.
   Try to make improvements every time to get closer to the style that our customers want to be, by checking their lifestyle and what they think in their usual styling, and getting closer to a more comfortable style.
