Hi, This is Sheila. Here are the 7 rules that I have made for myself as a hair stylist.

  1. Shampoo the hair gently.
  2.  Make sure to comb the hair softly.
  3.  Dry hair like massaging.
  4. All haircuts should be done with scissors, not clippers.
  5. Consider the length and thickness of the comb for different types of hair.
  6. Let the customer know the current condition of their hair.
  7. Collaborate with the customer to achieve the best haircut that they want.

Each stylist has own distinctive style, but these are the seven rules that I follow.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
