On the topic of hometown pride, I’d like to introduce mine.

My hometown, Tounosyou-machi of Chiba prefecture, is famous for its strawberries. They are known for their large size and are unlike any other. There are many strawberry farms, and there is even a road called the “Strawberry Road.”

The strawberries are not only large, but less acidic, and are of a sweeter variety packed with flavor and an incredible juicy texture.

It’s a small town, and there isn’t much to boast about it, but these strawberries are truly exceptional.
