Since I haven't been getting enough exercise lately, I would like to start stretching and strength training to get my body moving. After building up my physical strength and establishing a good foundation, I would like to enjoy my hobbies that I used to do when I was in Japan, such as mountain climbing, surfing, wakeboarding and other marine sports, and snowboarding.
I believe that stretching and muscle training are good for your health, so I will start with light stretching to prevent colds and build a foundation of physical strength to enhance my work and private life.
