Something I wanted to start this year… by Sean

One thing that I started this year is to work out at the gym. It was closed for a long time due to the pandemic, but now that it is finally open and I go there whenever I have free time.
I used to play soccer, but now I'm thinking of taking up surfing, snowboarding, hiking, and golf, as I feel more comfortable playing individual sports. To build up my body for this, I am going to train hard on a daily basis. Trainers, please let me know if you have any recommendations for supplements. Thank you!
