Happy New Year to you all.

I want to talk about my New Year's holiday events. At the end of December, I went snowboarding for the first time in about 7 years. Honestly, I didn’t feel fully safe about going on a trip during the middle of the pandemic, but my friend convinced me by saying, "You are ALWAYS busy. If you don't go now, you won't be able to go again for a long time." So I took the plunge and went to the Heavenly ski resort in South Lake Tahoe. The weather was beautiful, the snow was perfect, yet I was a little nervous because I hadn't skied in 7 years. Well, I need to slap myself for not feeling confident about my snowboarding skill. After the first slope, I felt great and had a blast while staying safe by taking cautious measures against Corona.

It was a tough decision to make for me but, I’m glad I got out of the house for the first time since the stay-home-order was placed and made some fun memories in 2020.

Pandemic is not over yet! Stay safe, everyone, and I hope to see you all again this year!

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
