Happy New Year!
Thank you for your continued patronage of VIANGE HAIR and VIANGE SPA.
I can feel that the world is changing positively every day as I interact with our customers. At the beginning of last year, California was locked down again and we had to close 5 stores. After the reopening, many customers made reservations and we were very grateful for that.
I'm sure there were many people who were inconvenienced because they couldn't make appointments ahead of time and couldn't get their hair done when they wanted to or on important occasions, but our staff did their best to provide the best service and hairstyles to the customers who had to wait. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to change the schedules of many of our customers towards the end of the year. We would like to apologize and thank those who responded to our requests.
As a lesson learned from this incident, and as a challenge and aspiration for 2022 and beyond, I would like to keep in mind that we must keep our promises to our customers.
We will continue to make efforts to grow this year, aiming to be a company that earns the trust of our customers.
We look forward to see with you again this year.
