Happy New Year!
How did you spend the holiday season?
In Japan, there is a tradition of eating mochi during the New Year to wish for good health and happiness in the year ahead. Since I personally love mochi, I enjoyed trying many different ways of eating it again this year.
Looking back on last year, I had the opportunity to be part of a new project called BA_SHO, which allowed us to bring our products directly to you. It was the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our company, and we were truly grateful to finally share something we had been carefully nurturing and deliver it into your hands.
We have already received many warm and encouraging messages, and this year we’re preparing to introduce even more new and exciting offerings. I’m personally very excited about what’s to come.
As we move forward, we will continue to value Japanese craftsmanship, heartfelt hospitality, and the dedication of true artisanship, bringing these qualities to everything we share with you.
Thank you for your continued support this year as well.
