New Year’s Greetings by Keiko

Happy New Year! As the year 2023 begins, I would like to enjoy spending every day of this year to fulfill my work and private life. Last year, my personal goal was to participate in a marathon. I learned how good it feels to run, and I would like to continue to do so. This year, I would like to try skiing. I have been a snowboarder since I was a teenager, but recently I have been interested in skiing. I would like to go out to the snowy mountains a little more. At work, I am developing new products for VIANGE SPA's original brand, CHOUCHOU. We are also currently working on scrub, nail oil, and cleansing oil as well. Additionally, I want to increase my favorite. (CHOUCHOU: meaning "my favorite"). In 2023, I would like to continue to provide nail art that makes you smile and makes you happy. I also would like to provide nail services and CHOUCHOU to my customers. I look forward to seeing you again this year.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
