1. Start with the most important step: Preparing the Base
No matter the hairstyle, the end result greatly depends on how well your base is prepped.

– Eliminate bedhead completely
Trying to style hair with bedhead will make it difficult to achieve a polished finish. Start by lightly dampening your hair, then blow-dry it thoroughly. The key is to dry from the roots to the ends while guiding the hair in its natural direction. This helps smooth out the texture and creates a clean base for styling.

2. Master the Use of a Flat Iron
– A simple inward curl at the ends adds instant professionalism
Even just curling the ends slightly can give your hairstyle a clean and refined look. If using a curling iron feels difficult, a flat iron can be a great alternative. Simply glide the iron inward at the ends to create a natural curve.

Here’s a quick breakdown:
Divide your hair into upper and lower sections on each side and curl each part once (2 times per side). For the back, split it into three sections, and curl just the ends, bringing everything slightly toward the face.

If you want a flipped-out look, glide the ends outward instead.
