My favorite dish “Soba” by Aki

Soba

I don't usually cook at all, so I don't have a favorite dish, but this is one that I want to be good at.
Soba is a traditional Japanese noodle. It is a healthy food that is gluten-free and contains many nutrients that can help you live longer. Where I was born and raised, we had very good soba noodles. I remember my grandmother preparing the noodles from harvesting buckwheat and turning it into noodles. I grew up eating my grandmother's delicious buckwheat noodles.

Soba making is a very difficult skill to master. My brother owns a soba noodle shop in Japan, so in the near future I wish to learn from him and be a master making Soba.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
