It’s already December, and the end of the year is just around the corner.
Has anyone else felt like this year went by incredibly fast?

There is actually a concept called “The Janel’s Law” (or the Law of Time Perception), which explains why time feels faster as we get older.
The idea is that the way we experience the length of a year is influenced by our age—each year becomes a smaller fraction of our overall life, making it feel shorter and shorter.

That’s why I try to cherish each day, express gratitude to my clients and those around me, communicate my feelings clearly, and live in a way that leaves no regrets.
