Happy New Year.
How did you spend the New Year holidays? Some of you may have spent time relaxing with your family, while others may have traveled. I hope everyone was able to welcome the new year in a wonderful way.
I was able to spend the New Year with my family in Japan for the first time in seven years, and I am truly grateful for that.

 

This year, I would like to communicate even more with my clients so that I can truly understand what kind of hairstyle they are looking for and provide cuts that suit their individual lifestyles.

As my working days are still limited, I may cause some inconvenience, but I sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. I look forward to seeing you again this year.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
