I’ve been working at Viange Hair in Dublin for the past year and eight months. One of the things I value most about working here is the opportunity to work with clients from many different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Every client has a different hair type, lifestyle, and perspective, so each day brings something new to learn and discover. Being exposed to such a wide variety of hair and individual needs has created an environment where I can continue to grow as a hairstylist.

At the same time, Viange is a salon that deeply values Japanese techniques and the spirit of hospitality. As a Japanese hairstylist, I’m proud to carry forward the attention to detail, thoughtful service, and careful approach to our craft that are so important in Japanese culture.

For me, what makes working at Viange so special is being surrounded by different cultures while still having the opportunity to share the values and qualities that are unique to Japan with each of our clients.
