I joined the company just as Viange Hair was beginning its journey, more than a decade ago.

We’ve been through so much together—including literally building the salon ourselves, from painting the walls to working on the floors. From the very beginning, we’ve always worked as a team.

Of course, working closely together hasn’t always meant agreeing on everything. We’ve had our share of differences and conflicts along the way, but even those experiences have helped us grow, both individually and as a team.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many people from different backgrounds, cultures, and generations. Everyone brings something different to the team, but there is one thing we all share: a strong sense of professionalism and a genuine commitment to our clients.

What I love most about working at Viange is being surrounded by people who take their work seriously, but also know how to have fun. Working hard, growing together, and enjoying life together—that’s what makes this team special to me.
