This year marks my 12th year at Viange.

Before coming here, I had my own business in Japan, so working as part of a team again has reminded me how much fun it can be to grow alongside others.

Everyone here made the decision to build a life and career abroad, and it’s been inspiring to watch each person work hard, learn from one another, and gradually create a life for themselves in the U.S. Seeing them become trusted by their clients, grow in confidence, and truly shine is something that genuinely makes me happy.

I often find myself thinking, “This is something I only get to experience because I’m part of a team.”

And then, of course, once we’re off the clock… we’re not always quite so put together. Honestly, that’s one of the things I love about everyone, too.

I’m truly grateful for all the wonderful people I’ve met through Viange!
