One of the things I value most about working at Viange is the environment and the opportunities it has given me.

Building a career in the U.S. as someone who came from Japan isn’t always easy, and I’m grateful that Viange has given me the opportunity to pursue the path I wanted for myself. It’s a place that continues to encourage me to grow, think differently, and challenge myself both personally and professionally.

Another thing I appreciate is the team I work with. We’re able to openly share our thoughts, learn from one another, and work together toward making the salon better. That sense of teamwork is something I really value.

Most of all, I’m grateful for the many clients who continue to choose Viange and trust us with their hair. Being able to welcome and take care of our clients every day is what makes this work meaningful to me and is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy being part of this salon.
