What I Love About Working at Viange

10.15.2026

Memories, News & Updates

It’s been four and a half years since I moved to the U.S., and looking back, my experience here has been even more fulfilling than I imagined when I first decided to make the move. I’m truly grateful for everything these years have brought me.

What I especially love about working at Viange Hair is the people and the opportunity to grow.

Our team is made up of people who bring different experiences, perspectives, and skills from their careers in Japan. We openly exchange ideas, support each other when challenges come up, and work together as a team. Being part of that kind of environment makes my work feel meaningful and rewarding.

Another thing I appreciate about Viange is that no two days feel exactly the same. Whether it’s meeting new people, taking on new responsibilities, or trying something I haven’t done before, there are always opportunities to learn and experience something new.

There are many moments when I realize, “I can do something now that I couldn’t do before.” Those moments remind me that I’m not only growing professionally, but personally as well.

It’s also rewarding to see how the work we do can make our clients happy while contributing to the growth of the salon and the company as a whole.

There is still so much for me to learn, but I think that’s part of what makes working at Viange exciting. I look forward to continuing to take on new challenges and growing together with the team.
