Life in the US — Hibiki

Working in the U.S. isn’t always easy, especially with the differences in language and culture. The values and standards of service are also quite different from Japan, so there are definitely moments that can feel confusing at first.
At the same time, though, the high level of service and technical skills developed in Japan is truly appreciated here. Careful consultations, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to the final result are often seen as a “special experience,” which helps build trust and leads to repeat clients.
Because it’s a different country, the strengths of Japanese service stand out even more, and there are moments when you really feel the value of what you bring.
