One of my favorite cafes that I visit often is Model Bakery in Walnut Creek. Model Bakery has been around for more than 100 years, with its original location in St. Helena and additional locations in Napa and Walnut Creek. They are especially known for their English muffins, made with carefully selected flour and a recipe that gives them their signature texture and flavor.

I often visit the Walnut Creek location for breakfast. There’s something so comforting about enjoying a delicious meal while spending a little quiet time on my own. It’s a simple moment, but one that always makes me happy. Another one of my favorites is their house-made tomato bisque. Paired with something fresh from the bakery, it makes for such a cozy and satisfying meal!
