I used to take the subway to get to my school when I was a university student in Japan. I was always late for my class because I missed my train every time I’d detour at Osaka Station to grab this egg sandwich I was obsessed with. This bakery had the best egg sandwich with so much egg stuffing and fluffy soft bread that tasted like it was from out of this world!
Since it’s been a long time I had one of those sandwiches, I looked up some recipes and found that you can make it easily using a microwave oven. What a surprise! I highly recommend everyone to try making this delicious and easy Japanese-style sandwich! It tastes just like the one from the bakery when you use Japanese dashi stock and make it super fluffy like the ones from that bakery shop.
