Every single customer who walks into a salon has a vision. A vision filled with hope and excitement. That's why our process always starts with a consultation. It is our job to thoroughly communicate with you to understand that vision.

Is your hair suited for what you envision? Depending on your hair texture and / or the amount of hair damage, there may be situations where your dream style is unrealistic or your hair just may not be ready for it. In those situations, we make sure we communicate our honest opinions and propose the best way to make your vision come to life. 

Hairstyles with layers and perms especially require daily care and styling. In this case, we will always make sure to give advice on what hair products to use and how to style your hair, so you feel comfortable doing it on your own. After all, beautiful hair should be an everyday thing. Not just at the salon. 

Hair loss, volume, damage... Whatever it is that's bugging you, we want to know because it's not just about creating great hair design. It's also about understanding the root of the problem and providing a solution.
