The hair is cut to match the height of the previous layers around the face in vertical lines.
The weight balance is determined at this stage.
Adjust the weight of the hair so that it is balanced according to the first mirror image.

Develop horizontally to match the vertical line.
Leave the outermost part of the layer unlayered. This will avoid drilling holes in the outer lines.
