To our valued VIANGE HAIR salon customers:

With respect to California’s stay-home order issued by Governor Gavin Newsome, we are extending our temporary closure for our downtown San Francisco, Saratoga, Fremont, and Dublin locations until Sunday, May 3rd. We are now accepting online reservations for appointments for May 4th and beyond. For those who already have an appointment, we will be in contact with you about rescheduling your date.

We care deeply about the healthy and safety of our customers and team members, so we will continue to update about everyone  about any changes to our upcoming operational schedule.

We look forward to seeing you soon. Together, we will get through this!

How to reserve

You can access our online booking application by selecting the location and logging in below, or creating a new account by pressing the "New Guest" button. Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your information with anyone and will only contact you in regards to our services. Thank you!

    You may be able to view the page on your smartphone browser.
Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • "No shows" and “Same Day Cancellation” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Credit card hold policy

We require a credit card hold for appointments needing three or more hours, such as Highlights, Straightening, Balayage, Ombre and/or any other combination of services. Thank you!
