Gray Hair

Hi there, I’m Shin- your host for the VIANGE HAIR Blog about all hair concerns.
We will talk about Gray Hair this month.
Let’s begin with why hair turns gray. Hair color is determined by a natural pigment called melanin. So, initially, hair is white. Melanin is made up of melanocytes, which are positioned in hair follicles. Melanocytes inject pigment into keratin (the protein that makes up hair) as the hair is being formed.
The Slowing of melanin production develops gray and eventually turns white.
The graying of hair is a natural part of aging; however, researchers found that stress may play a role in premature graying. When the nervous systems are activated by stress, those responses may cause poor blood circulation. When it affects the blood circulation of the scalp, it influences the production of hair or melanin.
There are some correlations that may cause gray hair.
Poor diet, lack of sleep, and lack of exercise.
Being healthy might help to reverse your gray hair!
